Japan Summer of 2014

So, this will pretty much be a summary of what happened. All I can remember at the moment. But I went to Japan at the end of August '14 to visit my host family from back in '09.
It was an exciting time and I loved every moment of it.
I'll add a few photos I took as well.

When I first arrived, after taking care of things such as getting a JR pass, my family and I went to eat. Then once we arrived at home we stayed up pretty late catching up and talking. It was so fun and even though I barely knew Japanese I managed to communicate with my host parents.

 The 2nd day I was there I went to a concert and my neck was literally sore for a few days. but I got to touch a singer's hand (idk what band) and then Asuka from Crimson Shiva grabbed me twice and helped pull me forward so I was really happy and now he's my bias in the band. カルディア (Cardia) has a guitarist named Haruka who really reminded me of Uruha. Since I didn't know his name and what not I just called him 'Uruha's brother' for awhile lol. Here's a video.

 The next day I took the train with my sister to Nagoya. We were going to meet with the rest of our family later. We went to an aquarium then a planetarium which I fell asleep at because it was dark and the guy was talking slowly and it was in Japanese so I couldn't understand shit so it didn't matter.
Then we went out to eat with my host mother's family and their grandma is adorable and they talk a lot but theyre funny.
I fangirled a little with the aunt because we both love Daesung from Big Bang.
Our hotel was hella nice too. We walked around the city as well and went shopping. I was able to go to a Mint Neko and h.Naoto store!

 I went to Osaka and Kobe too. Went to Universal Studios and saw the Harry Potter exhibition and the ride was funnn! It felt like you were really in the movies lol
 Spent a lot of money at the shop and it was mainly for my friend. Afterwards we went home and after that my sister and I went back to Osaka for me to go shopping and oops I spent all my money on GazettE. From the trip I bought so many items... Bags were hella heavy.

Then the last 2-3 days we stayed home and relaxed which I'm glad for cause I was hella exhausted. It was hot too I can't believe how much I was sweating when I was there so much sweat. I wore jeans at USJ and wanted to die it was a bad mistake. Got to play video games again with mah lil bro and it was funny.

But yeah it was good and ugh all the delicious food. There's this place called Mos Burger and oh. my. god. best burgers ever. different from america of course along with pastas in Japan but ughghgh. Udon in Nagoya is really good too. I don't know the name of the place but it was in the station area.

From the GazettE -> Shoes -> Baby

I received my GazettE shirt the other day from RAD MARKET!

The shipping was super fast and I got all my items within three days! It was amazing *-*

I really like the way the shirt feels. It's perfect for summer weather which was Ruki's whole point since they're currently on the summer tour.

A lot of the goods are now sold out but in general they'll all be sold on RM now which is pretty nice. Most items are limited to FC only but that's due to the Fan Club ONLY tour. Other than that though all international fans can access the site for shopping and it'll be shipped to them!

Although, I heard that Ruki is already considering making it available to everyone--I'm talking about the current goods. (In my opinion he shouldn't. He's already thinking about us oversea fans and created an online shop so it's available for every fan. It's just that many fans are having problems with it due to the items not being for non FC members but like I said before, it's an FC only tour so........).

Anyway, the site is nice and Ruki even has models for it. He's pretty much using what's really in the trends right now and even used SWAGGY orz. AND he got the name of the Disney princess wrong. Oh Ruki.

When I opened my bracelet it smelled though, my friend and I determined it was because of the pouch it came in. Icky to me =o=

Now I can't wait for their pamphlet and GR lol

I love this band so much it's ridiculous. I need to travel to see them again but their FC tour isn't finished until December. Can I go to a Christmas live? That won't be nice to my family.

Also~I bought these new shoes last time I went shopping downtown!

They're so nice and I finally wore them today. :)

This post is basically all over the place from GazettE to shoes to a baby lol

I don't know how to spell her name since it's Cambodian but it means 'full moon'. She's absolutely adorable and I love her so much. These photos were from this morning when I had to watch her while her parents and my mother went out grocery shopping. After changing her diaper I can tell something was wrong and when I put her down on the pile of pillows she passed out lolol I guess she was tired. She actually slept the entire time while our parents were cooking and then we had to wake her up. Ugh, she's too cute. I can't wait to see her again. My fat baby!

Well, that was pretty much it.

Now it's just work, work, work until I'm able to relax again on a day off.

Weekend Full of Food!

I just got home awhile go after spending a night at my aunt's house. It was pretty fun and I missed hanging out with her although the boys were just noisy the entire time.

It's now Sunday so I'm even more lazy than usual. I enjoyed a nice cup of hot chocolate this morning while I was still at her place.

And then I got to see Maddie as well since she lives there.

She's just so cute. It was difficult trying to take a picture of her because she kept turning away but I managed to get this. I swear, she knows exactly what I'm doing when I aim my iPod at her and she just purposely turns away *huffs* 

She's adorable when she gets all happy and excited. And this morning she was just watching my uncle eat and she started drooling a lot.

Now....to the food! Ah, all the delicious food. We ate some Korean BBQ at her house and that was basically all we ate on Saturday AND for today's brunch.

So much meat! Allll the delicious meat! We even cooked up some bacon hahaha

I didn't try any of the sides though :x

I cooked apple pie on Friday night to bring. It was delicious :Q

But I bought too many apples again and cut up too much. I only cut up four and it was more than enough ._.

So we had apple pie and chocolate for dessert. I brought over my chocolate fountain and ate it with bananas and strawberries. My aunt decided to add both cristo and milk into the chocolate to help it get more creamy and also help the melting process and it wasn't the best idea for the fountain. It tasted just fine though of course and it was super easy to clean since it'd just slide off and not stick to the fountain!

We didn't want to waste the chocolate so we decided to take the cookie cutters and fill it with chocolate to make some candy. Ah! I totally forgot to eat one....it's still in the freezer. Oh well.

Anyways, we decided to do that since we couldn't make the chocolate bowls (it would just slip off the plastic wrap).

This weekend went by fast as always but it was a good one overall. I already finished my homework so now I'm able to just relax for the rest of the day and watch Harry Potter on ABC.

Actually, I need to study on some Japanese!

Feast~

I just got back from my aunt's house for dinner and a movie. It was DELICIOUS~
My outfit was:

and then I got my tights from Target
(Kassidy helped me~)

We had an early thanksgiving dinner since my grandma will be leaving on Tuesday to go to Cambodia.
This was only some of the food. We also had mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, shrimp balls, chicken feet, duck tongue as appetizers, and this other thing I have no idea what it's called but it's also in dim sum.

My mom didn't take out the bone at first e_e but then we realized what was wrong and took it out before eating. I didn't take a picture of the final product since I was busy cutting ginger. It was actually pretty tasty though.

But before eating we had to wait a few hours which sucked. I got to buy 3 pieces of my favorite fruit cake though. It was so good~ nice and fluffy and o;apfljnioaelfknae

My little cousin, Kyle, decided to make me a puppet. That's her skirt.

Then I was sitting next to this doll which was creepy as fuck.

I had a pretty good day though and I was stuuuuufffedd~ before watching Brave I played some cards with my grandma, both aunts, and mother~ I lost and won money but in the end it all went to my grandma haha.

Now I have to start my homework which I really don't want to do :c I have TONS of math I need to do. I haven't been doing any of the homework for the past 3 weeks...I have tonight and tomorrow to finish. I'm officially screwed. I also didn't get to find any worms or insects for science class. I really hope the people in my group got some because we really need it by tomorrow. Well, I should start those things now.

A Day Out~

I went out today with my family to downtown Seattle~
We walked around Pike Place Market and also went to the water front to finally ride the Ferris wheel.

Man, there was this lady in front of us and her son wouldn't stay still and kept messing around. She just stayed on her phone and didn't do much. Luckily for my mom and I though, we didn't sit in the same spot as them.

On the way back I saw this pig and really wanted to take a picture xD It was hot though so I wanted to quickly take my arm off it ._.

After the water front and Pike Place we bought these beautiful flowers. There was a lot to choose from but we had to pick quickly since it was really hot and sometimes my brother acts like he's going to faint.

Anyways, after all this we went to eat at PF Changs. It was alright, better than the last time. The fried rice was delicious but I know I won't go there again tbh. Just not a fan of it. I did enjoy their lettuce wraps though the first time I went there.....this time it was just eh, good but can't eat too much. We ordered two which was a mistake :c we brought home left overs of course.

Well, overall it was a pretty nice day.
That's my exercise for today! XD
